King Bio Sleep Aid is slightly different than most sleeping pills in that it is not technically a pill, but a spray. Some people are hesitant to trust sprays because they doubt whether or not all the ingredients will be absorbed through the tissue inside the mouth. That is a valid concern because it is true for certain drugs and chemicals. However, the active ingredients in King Bio Sleep Aid can be absorbed readily in the mouth. Let’s examine a few of these key ingredients.
King Bio Sleep Aid Ingredients:
The ingredients in King Bio Sleep Aid include: Aconitum napellus, Arsenicum album, Avena sativa (oatstraw), Belladonna, Camphora, Cinchona offic., Coffee cruda, Cypripedium pubescens, Hyoscyamus niger, Passiflora incarnata, Pulsatilla, Valeriana offic. Flower Essences: Lavender, Morning glory, Rosemary, White chestnut. Each ingredient is in equal volumes of 10x, 30x, and LM1 potencies in a pure water base.
After researching these ingredients it was amazing to me how many of them (Belladonna, Hyoscyamus niger, etc.) were used as poisons in by the Romans and throughout the Middle Ages. I don’t say that to scare you or prevent you from trying King Bio Sleep Aid, I just thought it was interesting. Most of these ingredients are used in homeopathic remedies for all sorts of ailments. The only ingredients that have proven to be at least mildly effective at treating insomnia are Passiflora incarnate and valeriana. Valeriana is essentially the same thing as valerian root which is a popular ingredient in many sleeping pills. When looked at as a whole, the ingredients in King Bio Sleep Aid are not all that impressive. Most of them are unproven as sleep aids.
King Bio Sleep Aid Customer Reviews:
“This stuff is a joke! I tried it because my friend (a crazy herbalist) told me it would knock me out cold. Yeah Right!!! It didn’t do anything but give me bad breath and a gross after taste. Waste of money!” – Eric
“No bad side effects and no harsh chemicals with sleep aid. It works pretty well for me and I love that it doesn’t have all those addictive drugs in it. It does taste kinda weird though.” – Olivia
Is King Bio Sleep Aid Worth Trying?
One dispenser of King Bio Sleep Aid costs $18.99. The website does not mention anything about a refund policy or a money back guarantee. You can contact customer service for detailed information about those items (which we did) to find out that they offer a 30 day return policy. However, they were careful to note that they do not “guarantee” their products will work for everyone. So it wasn’t the most enlightening phone call in the world. If you complain for your money back they will probably give it to you, but it will likely be a big hassle.
Refund policies aside, King Bio Sleep Aid is not the best choice for sleeping pills. There are plenty of options out there with better ingredients for the same price. The fact that King Bio Sleep Aid is a spray instead of a pill seems like a gimmick. Pills work just fine, if not better.
