The website for Luminite is actually easier to find if you search for Lumiday (the makers of Luminite). It has a clean look to it. Some websites go overboard with information, advertisements, and hyperlinks. Others are seemingly empty and void of any useful information or links. Luminite has found that happy medium. The website contains a complete supplement facts table, a brief description of how it works, refund information, contact information, and the opportunity to buy directly from the site. They have links to testimonials and clinical research, but when clicked on it merely says “Coming soon….” If they figure that part out it will be a fantastic website, but until then it is incomplete.
Luminite Ingredients:
The ingredients in Luminite include the following: GABA, melatonin, passion flower herb, hops, skullcap powder, chamomile powder, glycine, and tryptophan.
Of these ingredients, GABA, melatonin and tryptophan are the most powerful sleep aids. A few of the others play an important role as it pertains to the conversion of tryptophan into serotonin. Tryptophan will naturally degrade in your body over time and because of that less and less is converted into serotonin. Serotonin is eventually converted into melatonin which, when released by the pineal gland, induces sleepiness. So it logically follows that if you get more serotonin or melatonin in your bloodstream you will fall asleep faster. These ingredients are also present in sufficient quantities to work.
Luminite Customer Reviews:
“I just started using Luminite a few weeks ago and love it. I take it 30 minutes before bed and it knocks me right out. Best part is I don’t get a morning hangover with it.” – Mrs. Jones
“Used one hour before bed, crawled in bed, layed there for almost 3 hours before falling asleep… Did this so far for about a week.” – Anonymous
“Works great and I don’t wake up feeling hungover the next morning. Seriously if you can’t sleep like me you need to try this stuff!” – Anonymous
“I tried these Luminite pills for a couple weeks and they worked pretty well but then i tested them against melatonin pills and i didn’t notice much of a difference. Worked just as well and they were cheaper soooo I think I’ll go with the melatonin.” – Anonymous
Is Luminite Worth Trying?
One bottle of Luminite costs $24.99 and should last about a month. You can sign up for a 14-day free trial of Lumiday (it does not say you can do this for Luminite) but if you don’t cancel your membership they will bill you $74.98 monthly. Again, it is unclear whether or not this is even an option for Luminite. If you merely buy one bottle of Luminite for the aforementioned cost ($24.99) then it does not come with a money back guarantee. You can only return unopened products. Ultimately, Luminite has some quality ingredients and it is not too expensive. Luminite doesn’t really stand out above the crowd when it comes to sleeping pills, but it is a decent option.
