Based on the customer reviews that I found written on behalf of Sleep Blend SP-17, it seems to be effective at helping people to receive the restful sleep that it claims. But, like I mentioned before, some customers did say that it takes quite awhile for the effects of the supplement to kick in.

Overall if you are suffering from occasional sleeplessness, and have more of a problem staying asleep at night then actually getting to sleep,  I think you would be safe to try Sleep Blend SP-17 out for yourself. This product is available both in stores and online and is pretty inexpensive. If you want a product that helps you fall asleep quickly, I would go a different direction. I would look for a product that has been tested and proven to be safe and effective at both helping you fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night.
